There are two Parts in our mind. mind and intellect. Let us understand what is our mind and our intellect and how it work. Because when we understand our mind and intellect only then we can control our mind.

How to Control Your Mind.

If you want to control your mind, than you must understand your mind. your mind works with two types of  instructions. One with  the mind and the other with the intellect.
We are stronger than our brains, a million are stronger than our minds. we can enable our mind with our intelligence .our minds are more indecent. Particularly Suitable. we must learn to strengthen our intellect. with this we can control our mind. we have to strengthen our intellect to control our mind.

To make our intellect strong, we should learn and understand everything and apply it in our life so that we can make our intellect stronger. we should more of our time in understand the mind. when our mind is under our control. then mind automatic will be under our control. now we can do whatever we want our mind.    



What Is Mind ..  

Mind is the first director of our mind. which is very powerful. mind works according to our experience. our mind works as we have habits. our mind gets attracted towards the smallest pleasures. our mind needs only pleasures. our mind always sees us on the wrong path.

Like :- - I feel that today i will drink alcohol, we feel like watching TV and passing time on mobile ,and we feel like eating burger and our mind is attracted towards sex, and many more.takes our mind on the wrong path .all this is the work of our mind.        

The mind always works for temporary fun.we can explain this of our mind our intellect.
          

The mind will have to speak- the point is right, now that it is right and i know what is wrong, then i have to bring the right in my life.
In the same way we can control our mind with our intellect. because our intellect is a million times more powerful than our mind. you are not able to control your mind because of this mind.

What is the intelligence.

The intellect is the second director of our mind. and our intellect is much more powerful than our mind. our intellect shows us the right path. we can control our mind with our intelligence. our intellect works on the basis of fact information and knowledge. our intellect is strengthened only by applying the right things in our life. we should learn as much as possible to control our mind.

Always bring him into your Life. This makes our mind strong.   

For Example :-- 

When we touch our mother or girl friends in life,then the feeling are different for both of us. all this happens through our  intellect. because our intellect knows that it is mother  only then our feeling is different and when girlfriends touches, then there is a different feeling. all this happens only through our intellect.

Our intellect is so strong.what our mind tells,our mind accepts it. And that's why there is a different felling between the two. That's how we can control our mind.
